Special Note: As you enter the restaurant, tell the cashier you are there for the Democratic Luncheon. Plates & silverware are provided in our reserved room. The Party will collect the $10 fee at the conclusion of our program. Fee includes drink & tip.

An Updated Inconvenient Truth
|
The Climate Project is a non-profit organization that consists of more than 3,000 diverse and dedicated volunteers worldwide who have been personally trained by former US Vice President and Nobel Laureate Al Gore to educate the public and to raise awareness about climate change.
The presentation includes more about the science behind the climate crisis, vivid evidence of an earth out of balance, and great ways in which South Carolinans can start taking action.
Presenter Karen McKernan was trained in January of 2007 and has since given over 30 presentations spreading the word about the threat of climate change and what YOU can do about it.
